International office Our office has a very international outlook. This is predominantly the case with regard to international commercial and business law (Dr. David Einhaus) but also in relation to crossborder economic crime (Attorney at Law Santeusanio) and inheritance and family law (Attorney at Law Bernd Einhaus). 
Dr. David Einhaus, European Day of Civil Justice in Freiburg 2009 Thanks to the accreditation awarded to Dr. David Einhaus to practise law as an Italian attorney (Milan Bar Association), we can advise clients on Italian law and represent them where required in Italy. In individual cases, where it is deemed necessary to represent a client through a colleague from another office, we can draw on a large circle of attorneys known to us personally. These contacts are maintained and regularly reviewed through membership of international working groups and associations, so that in those cases where it is necessary to engage a colleague in another country, clients can have the greatest possible confidence in a successful outcome. Our staff and trainees also speak Italian. We can therefore ensure that all correspondence is handled swiftly and efficiently even when our Italian-speaking attorneys are out of the office and unavailable. At such times, all attorneys can access the office’s network and any documents and messages stored on our system from any location in Germany or abroad. Since Dr. David Einhaus is qualified as a sworn translator of Italian, the office can also prepare urgent certified translations on request. As a matter of deliberate policy, we do not belong to a fixed network of legal offices. Our experience has shown that establishing very close links to partner firms can restrict our scope for maneuver and our ability to handle individual cases in the most suitable manner. We also believe that the motivation to provide the best possible service can suffer within a fixed network. Furthermore, in some countries of southern Europe there are frequent changes in attorneys and in the names of individual offices. This makes it difficult to ensure consistently high quality, while forming part of a network limits our scope to make independent decisions. Attorneys at Law
