The office is made up of five attorneys. Together, building on the many years of experience of its founding attorney, senior partner Bernd Einhaus, they cover all the most important areas of the law. All our attorneys belong to the Freiburg Chamber of Attorneys (Rechtsanwaltskammer Freiburg), the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein) and the Freiburg Bar Association (Anwaltsverein Freiburg). All our work is carried out with due regard for the Federal Code for the Legal Profession (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung), the profession’s own Code of Conduct, regulations governing specialized attorneys, the Attorneys’ Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz) and the Code of Conduct for Attorneys in the European Community. These can be found on the website of the German Federal Bar Association (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) at www.brak.de under the heading ‘Informationspflichten gemäß § 5 TMG’. ‘La cultura è sapere una cosina in più’ – Culture is about knowing just a bit more (Luciano De Crescenzo) It is ‘knowing just a bit more’ that can make all the difference in a legal dispute. At Dr. Einhaus and Partners, we take our responsibility to update our knowledge very seriously. All our attorneys attend important training courses several times a year (you’ll find an example as a pdf-file right here). The knowledge acquired at such courses and through a study of advanced training materials is then passed on to clients when we handle their cases and in both internal and external events organized by our office. As evidence of our commitment to professional development and the acquisition of specialist knowledge in different areas of the law, the attorneys at our office have now qualified in five specialist legal subjects (you’ll find a certificate hier as a pdf-file). Attorney at Law Dr. Maurer holds the Certificate of Professional Development awarded by the German Federal Bar Association (here as pdf-file for download).
