History and Development

Attorney at Law Bernd Einhaus, who is the senior partner, set up the office in his home town of Denzlingen near Freiburg in 1981, after applying for release from his position as judge at the federal state court in Offenburg.

On account of the firm’s success (there are now five attorneys and five staff) and the need for more space, the office has already moved premises twice within Denzlingen.

In 2005, as a result of its academic and international work, the office expanded to become a regional law firm by establishing new offices in Freiburg.

Since January 1, 2006, the office has been
registered as a partnership. The founding partners
are attorneys at law Bernd Einhaus and Dr. David Einhaus.
